We Have Your Back

That is why we take rental arrears very seriously and run daily reports to monitor payment status and follow up any overdue payments immediately. We work with the tenant to ensure rent is paid on time and if you elect to have Council rates, water rates, landlord insurance and Owner’s Corporation fees paid through the rent we take care of this for you too. Rent reviews are carried out annually and we take into account not only the market value but also work carried out on your property to maintain and improve its value.
